An organisation should have a single, integrated process for achieving its purpose. Commonly this process is defined in terms of governance and management. There are many frameworks designed to assist organisations to set up processes such as governance, risk management and compliance but these have been independently developed and are not completely consistent.

This model maps each of the subordinate frameworks onto a single governance framework.
