Process Audits - Mapping End-to-End Processes - Online Classroom

This training course introduces participants to a variety of the simplest, most effective and widely used tools and techniques for process documentation, analysis and improvement. It enables participants to understand the language of process analysis by defining business functions, processes, activities and tasks, and to apply a range of process mapping tools that will assist internal auditors in focusing their audit efforts in this area.

Chris Puschak has held leading roles in the delivery of projects including company mergers, outsourcing, major ICT replacement activities and business re-engineering. Since 2001 he has worked in the audit, risk and compliance fields within government business enterprises or as a consultant to government, and he is well respected for his insight, forthright nature, can do attitude, and consultative approach.

Chris is well known for his stakeholder relationship skills, which resulted in a significant improvement in regulator relationships for both Medibank and Airservices during his roles in the assurance and risk teams. He has held senior roles and provided strategic direction and insight to senior executives across the ACT and Commonwealth Governments and private industry for the past 20 years.

 

Online Classroom:  This full one day training program will be delivered in two 3 hour lessons (10:30am - 01:30pm AEDT) over two days on 7, 8 February using Zoom.

Registrations will be strictly limited to 12 participants to allow maximum interaction in the online environment.
