Trish Hyde joined IIA-Australia as CEO in November 2023, to lead the organisation through its next phase of growth. She brings more than 20 years leadership and strategy experience, with a focus on advocacy and creating member value. Trish has held CEO positions with Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation, Association of Corporate Counsel (formerly Australian Corporate Lawyers Association) and Confectionery Manufacturers of Australasia.

Rich is a managing director with over 20 years’ experience in assurance, audit, risk, and compliance management. He leads major internal audit, risk and compliance management engagements for various ASX-listed companies and major government agencies. Verica is a highly experienced Senior Audit and Risk Assurance Manager with demonstrated skills in establishing and transforming internal audit functions and extensive experience in accurate reporting to Boards and senior management in listed companies.
