Mark Harrison: Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified Internal Auditor, who has conducted extensive financial auditing, probity guidance, project management, process auditing and fraud investigations. He has performed these roles in Government Departments, major corporations and not-for profit entities. Over the past 30 years, Mark has provided probity and integrity advice, assurance or post-facto investigations on over 300 separate transactions and processes. This has included transactions with value in excess of $21b through to transactions valued at less than $5,000 (but with high public profile). He has provided evidence in public inquiries into probity management, delivered reporting that has been tabled in Parliament regarding transactions where probity was managed poorly, has contributed to the drafting of globally recognised standards into probity management (AS325-2008), and provided real-time advice on challenging probity issues. Mark is regarded as a national leader in probity and integrity management, and brings a wealth of practical experience to his clients.
David Battey: David is a senior manager with Sententia Consulting with over 20 years experience in accounting, commercial, audit, and governance roles across both the federal government and the private sector. David has led the development of enterprise wide commercial and integrity policy reform, developing assurance frameworks to effectively manage risk, improve governance, and compliance. Prior to joining Sententia Consulting David held a number of integrity related roles within the Department of Defence including leading the Fraud Control and Investigations Branch and as the Director Integrity Framework, David led the development of the Defence Integrity Framework.
