Member Complaints & Discipline

IIA Member Complaints & Discipline

The Professional Responsibility & Ethics Committee investigates complaints about members of the Institute of Internal Auditors – Australia (IIA-Australia) where there are concerns about non-compliance with the IIA Code of Ethics and/or the Constitution of the IIA-Australia.

The investigation and assessment of your complaint is made in an objective and impartial manner in accordance with the organisation’s complaints process. The procedures for the process are available here.

The person you are complaining about must be a member of the IIA-Australia. If you are unsure, you can contact us on Sydney 9267 9155 or 1800 236 366 to check if this is the case.

Complaint handling process

The policy regarding complaints and discipline is available here.
