The Institute of Internal Auditors - Australia has conducted the QPSARA® Annual Report Awards to encourage Queensland’s public sector agencies to adopt Australian Standards in their reporting.    

The aims of the QPSARA® Awards are to:

  • Recognise excellence in the quality of information provided in the annual reports of Queensland’s public sector organisations
  • Provide a focal point by which the IIA-Australia and other professional bodies may demonstrate their encouragement to improving the effectiveness, efficiency, equity and accountability of Queensland’s public sector agencies.


Evaluation criteria

The judging panel assesses each Annual Report entry against a range of evaluation criteria covering corporate governance, internal audit, readability, financial reporting:
