Panellist Bios:
Andrew Greaves, Victorian Auditor-General
Andrew Greaves is the Auditor-General of Victoria, reappointed in September 2023 for a second seven-year term. With over 35 years of experience in public sector auditing across federal, state, and local government levels, he previously served as Queensland's Auditor-General from 2011 to 2016. Earlier, he held senior roles at the Victorian Auditor-General’s Office, including Assistant Auditor-General for both Performance and Financial Audit. Andrew is a Fellow of CPA Australia and the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and holds a Bachelor of Economics from the Australian National University.
Annette Kimmitt, AM, Non Executive Director and Audit & Risk Committee Chair
Annette Kimmitt AM is an experienced Non-Executive Director and Chair of Audit & Risk Committees, recognised for her leadership across professional services, governance, and innovation. The former CEO of the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission VGCCC, Annette brings deep expertise in regulatory, financial oversight, strategy, and digital transformation. She has served on the boards of major public, private, and not-for-profit organisations, with a strong focus on integrity, accountability, and creating value through sound governance. In 2023, she was appointed a Member of the Order of Australia for her significant service to business and gender equality.
Mark Trajcevski FCPA FIIA GAICD, Chief Audit Executive, Non Executive Director and Audit & Risk Committee Chair
Mark Trajcevski is an experienced audit and risk executive with over 30 years of leadership in governance, assurance, integrity and financial management in professional services and industry. As an experienced Non-Executive Director and Chief Audit Executive, Mark plays a critical role working with Boards and Executives in providing independent assurance and strategic insights. A Fellow of CPA Australia (FCPA), the Institute of Internal Auditors (FIIA), and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), he is known for driving transformation in risk and audit functions, enhancing enterprise resilience, and fostering a culture of risk-informed decision-making and strong governance.
Sky May, ThinkPlaceX Strategy Consulting Leader, Synergy Group
Sky May has worked on the most complex and sensitive projects in government in areas such as health, environmental protection, biosecurity, and resource management. Sky has extensive experience in export regulation including cross-commodity and specifically plants, dairy and eggs and fish and live animal export. She has worked globally with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and the Asian Development Bank and large complex Commonwealth Government departments such as the Australian Taxation office, Department of Health and Aged Care and the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries & Forestry. Sky draws on her expertise in co-design, citizen-centred design and system innovation to lead major transformation initiatives spanning digital, regulatory, legislative and policy reform.
