Tania has over 30 years’ experience in audit, compliance and risk and has held senior roles in government, public practice and the corporate sector.

In July 2021, Tania was appointed as a Director to the IIA Global Board and in June 2022, Tania was awarded the prestigious Bob McDonald Award by the Institute of Internal Auditors for excellence in the field of internal auditing and contribution to the profession.
