topic of "Career Advice for My Younger Self."
A panel of experienced professionals
will share their personal stories and insights on the challenges they have faced
in their careers, and the advice they would give to their younger selves.
This event is specifically designed
for members of the Institute of Internal Auditors who are starting out, and
looking to progress in their internal audit careers. If this you, this is an
excellent opportunity for you to network with other young professionals and
learn from the experiences of our panelists.

Richard Wilson, Client Director, Pitcher Partners. Former
Group GM of Business Assurance and Risk Toll Group
He has first hand experience
establishing and managing both in-house and outsourced internal audit and risk
functions across different industries and sectors; including FMCG, Retail,
Transport and Logistics, Public Transport, Health, Water, Federal government
agencies, State public sector, and Local Government.
Richard is a Chartered Accountant and
a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Australia
Judith Charlton, PMIIA, FCCA
Judith is General Manager
Internal Audit, with Latitude Financial Services. She has more than 25 years’
experience in Internal Audit across a range of sectors, more recently within
financial services. She is a Director on the IIA-Australia Board, a member of
the IIA-Australia Nominations Committee and previously served as a Councillor
then Chair of the IIA-Australia Victoria Chapter Council. She is the Board
liaison with Victoria Chapter Council.
