National Members' Meeting - April - Operational Resilience

Hosted by the IIA-Australia VIC Chapter

Operational resilience continues to be a high priority area for industry executives and regulators around the world. The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has highlighted that being a resilient organisation requires some non-traditional planning. With this growing urgency, as well as the complexity of being operationally resilient, organisations are expected to play a bigger role in ensuring that they have in place structures so that they are able to continue to provide important business services in the face of ‘extreme but plausible’ scenarios, such as a global pandemic. In this webinar on operational resilience, we will discuss:
•What is operational resilience and what does this mean for your firm?
•How is operational resilience different from business continuity and disaster recovery planning?
•What is internal audit’s role in embedding operational resilience across an organisation?
