Melinda Russell is a corporate change agent and people development and wellness professional working with Fortune 500, government, SME’s and professional coaching for over 30 years. Her passion is to help people climb mountains in the boardroom and remote locations around the world.  She is a Director at Russell Solutions and also works as a trekking guide on weekends.

Melinda’s experience includes working with organisational change and effectiveness strategies across many industries and businesses. She is particularly known for her ability to create workable structures and frameworks to create positive and measurable business and people outcomes.  Melinda’s heavily researched approach unveils the new frontier of the ‘Total Worker Health’ philosophy, which recognises what we do at work affects our home life and vice versa. She believes that when we come to work we should return home each night with equal or greater health.  She will discuss some effective programs which help us improve our physical, mental and social well-being.
