Stephen has more than 20 years’ experience in the fields of assurance and business management in both the government and non-government sectors. He is a proven risk management practitioner with a detailed background in the practical application of risk management and procedures within diverse operational environments. Stephen has previously been client lead on major government clients and maintains a proactive and positive relationship with clients, whilst delivering on program plans and responding to emerging topics and issues. He has led both internal and external audit engagements across the government sector, covering both internal audit and IT audit topics, including compliance and performance reviews, project assurance and a broad range of technical and behavioural audits.
Stephen is a council member of the ACT chapter of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) and regularly speaks at events for the benefit of members.
