SA Members Meeting

You are invited to the South Australia Members Meeting on Thursday 30 August to be addressed by Brad Gay, Senior Manager Economics Infrastructure State Government.

This session will be a 20 – 30 minute briefing by Brad on Adelaide’s 30 year plan. After which participants will break into groups to discuss the risks and opportunities that the 30 year plan will create. Maurice Pagnozzi KPMG Partner Advisory will facilitate the break out groups.

Brad has over 10 years experience in the South Australian Government, including the Departments of Treasury and Finance, Premier and Cabinet, and Transport, Energy and Infrastructure.

Within the South Australian Cabinet Office, Brad was responsible for providing advice to the Premier on regulatory impact statements (RIS) that supported Cabinet and major policy decisions in the portfolios of energy, infrastructure, planning, environment and transport.

Brad is also experienced in the financial analysis and evaluation of major capital projects. Within the Premier and Cabinet he was Executive Officer to the Major Projects and Infrastructure Cabinet Committee and advised the Premier on the merits of preliminary business cases which came before the Committee, as well as on Budget bids as part of the State Budget process. He also project managed preparation of the South Australian Government’s initial submission of business cases to Infrastructure Australia for capital funding.
