Exam Fees
The following exam fees apply to the CIA® and the specialty Certification programs - CCSA™, CFSA™, CGAP™. The registration fee is non-refundable. All prices are GST inclusive and are subject to change. Exam fees should be paid on a one exam at a time basis and are generally non-refundable.
Please note:
Candidates from PNG, Solomon Islands, Fiji or Vanuatu should enquire regarding fees to certification@iia.org.au .

Please note:
If for any reason you decide to cancel or reschedule your exam after booking, you can do so up to 48 hours before the exam. However, there will be a charge of US$50 payable to IIA Global.
How to Register
Australian candidates must complete and sign the CIA® or specialty certification Exam Application Form and submit it to the Institute, along with the appropriate fees and the following required documentation:
- a copy of the candidate's degree/diploma, transcripts, or other written proof of completion of a degree program
- a character reference
- verification of professional experience may accompany the application or be submitted later when criteria have been met
- an Australian IIA-Australia membership form (if not already a member)

An Australian candidate is required to complete the CIA® Exam Re-enrolment Form prior to sitting for their next exam. Candidates wishing to re-sit an exam, must also complete this form:
